What the tarnation is a Javadis?

I started the original version of this blog about five years ago. It was my very first blog and had posts about everything I’m interested in: spirituality, mysticism, physics, psychology, philosophy, teaching stories, hypnosis, weight management and… and… and….

I have many different interests.

Anyway, I canot remember when I stopped posting to this blog and wrote on most of these topics in the realdoctorjay blog. In the meanwhile I started another blog about issues concerning the baby boomers (like me). These blogs and another more controversial (political one) were runing on b2evolution software. I next created some commercial blogs on Wordpress. I was more impressed by Wordpress. Recently I found out that my be2evolution software needed to be upgraded and when I first did that on this site all hell brok loose and I decided to convert everything onto Wordpress and restart this site for my more personal and controversial ideas.

The new posts for the other three blogs will move to Wordpress as well. The first one can be found here. As I add the other two I’ll let you know all about them.

In the meanwhile here are a few of those commercial sites:

Anyway, the real point is that I’m back to writing many posts and I’m moving all my blogs to Wordpress to produce a uniform look and feel.

And I suppose there must be a lesson somewhere here. And there are more than one lessons:

  1. Know when something is good enough. I kept delaying because I wanted to find the best blog software.
  2. When it’s time to change and cut off something do it quickly. About a year ago I realized that I ought to move from b2evolution to Wordpress and yet because I guessed the move was going to be time consuming I did not do that and now it is even more time consuming.
  3. The human mind is an answering machine and just by asking questions you get answers. I asked what lessons there here and got some answers. This is an excellent question to ask whenever you complete something whether the task has been successful or not for you could always learn something new.

This blog is for my more cotroversial stuf. And slowly in other posts I’ll introduce my other blogs.

Peace.
