As I mentioned this is a more personal blog and I write here things which for some reason cannot go in my other blogs such as:

OK now to be assertive and get up and stand up for my rights. Recently (December 14, 2008) I bought an internet product for a lot of money. The product is good when the server is up but just about every evening something happens and the server goes down. Last night I tried to use the product for the first time in days and it went down as I was using it.
I asked for help from their help desk (by text messaging on their site alone). This is my message:

we reset the server – it’s working just fine now, thank you.
However, the system continued giving me errors until midnight when I gave up.

So this morning I got their number from my credit card company and sent them this email:
My name is Javad Hashtroudian and I bought XXXXXXXXXX at the December Los Angles seminar (Dec, 12-14) in order to save time. As I said to Adam, “I can do everything the ISB does but it would take much longer.” The product is great when the server is working but has a lot of problems with the server being upgraded and going down. This frustrates me and takes more time than I save.
Moreover, if I remember rightly Adam mentioned we were supposed to get a great analytical program as part of ISN but there was no mention that we were going to be charged for it. Also we were told that we would get ZZZZZZZZZZ as a bonus and I do not remember any mention of having to have Adam’s hosting company as a host.
I would like to resolve these issues:
- Your server should be working and I should not keep getting support answers that it is being upgraded.
- I need the ZZZZZZZZZ to work on my host or proof that Adam said it would only be supported on his hosting company.
- I need to have access to the statistical program free or again need to have proof that Adam mentioned he was going to charge us for it.
The last two issues should be easy to solve since you have video of the whole seminar and I could be mistaken.
I’m gently asking for these issues to be solved. If they cannot be solved I’m requesting a refund by Jan, 27, 2009.

Javad,
A couple of thoughts. First, we’re sorry for the most recent server upgrade. Unfortunately this was a host gator issued and had NOTHING to do with our software or our company.
There is an autoresponder software for Deluxe ISB members at no charge – however there is no “analytical program” associated with ISB. In discussing this with Adam he has no idea what you’re talking about…if you’re referring to ISB tracker, which is for visitors to your site, etc. there is mention of that on the ISB home page.
QQQQQQQQ is working fine – as stated to you on more than one occasion – we do NOT offer any support for hosting solutions other than the hosting Adam offers. This isn’t open to further discussion.
For further issues or questions, please use the support ticket center.
In regards to a refund request – that is categorically denied. There are no refunds on this software and the software is doing everything it was promised to do…and much more since your purchase.

So that was a perfect way to win friends and influence people and I complained to my credit card company and we;ll see what happens. Just mentionng this since it is much easier to get things done through gentleness than fighting. I asked for my issues to be solved or they could have shown me that I was wrong since the seminar I went to was vieotaped.
Now, Ihave been assertive and I’ll let go of the whole issue and forget it for now, since I have don all I can at this time.
